My work begins with the tension between what is real and what is difficult to name. It is a way of looking into a world of dreams, emotions, and places that usually remain unspoken.
Surrealists are often seen as madmen, as dreamers. But in a reality as chaotic as the one we live in, is relying solely on rationality and logic not a kind of madness in itself?
Surrealism is not an escape for me. It is a way of seeing.
